Reaching Out
We like to try and engage with our local community and the wider world where we are able. As a small church community we have our limitations but we have a lounge room in our church building that can be used by groups for meetings including a knit and natter community group.
Knit and Natter meets on Tuesdays from 2:30pm in the church lounge. Anyone is welcome join in.
Attached to our church is a hall that is used by local groups that include Mother and Toddlers, St John’s Honeypot Day Centre . We rent this space out to casual users too.
Our carpark doubles up for parking the local Trowbridge Guild Busses.
We donate a tenth of the money we collect to good causes. These curretly include Baptist Union Home Mission, BMS World Mission, Spurgeons College London and Bristol Baptists College.
Essentially we reach out as much as we are able.
