Commencing : On Ash Wednesday, 18th February, at 2.00 p.m. at Upper Studley Baptist Church.

We will begin a series of Lent Bible Studies entitled, “Take up the Cross (I surrender all?)”. As we approach Passion Week it is appropriate to reflect on the fact that God’s son, Jesus Christ, surrendered everything when He went to the cross to be our Saviour. And in response, are we honestly prepared to yield everything to our Triune God?
Each of the seven weekly studies will take a Biblical perspective on an aspect of the modern-day life we lead. No preparation or previous knowledge is needed.

We do not say that we have all the answers. It is our desire that, together, we can explore each topic and come to a mutual understanding of what the Word of God is teaching us.
Anyone is welcome to join us whenever they can. We always begin with a tea or coffee and a time of prayer before we study God’s Word. Please come along and join us.
